processes your personal data (name, contact details and details of your booking or booking request) for the purpose of managing your booking or request on the basis of the legal basis of a contract or pre-contractual measures and for the legitimate interest of sending direct mail. Upon your arrival, the data will be passed on to the responsible registration authority, to which we are legally obliged. Beyond that no transmission takes place to third parties. There is also no transfer to countries outside the European Union or to international organizations. Your data will be stored for a period of seven years after your stay due to legal obligations. If your request does not lead to a booking, your data will be deleted after 12 months at the latest.
You have the right to access, correct and delete your data. You also have the right to limit the processing, to object to the sending of direct mail and, in the case of a booking, to transfer data to another person responsible. You also have the right to complain to a supervisory authority if you are of the opinion that your data are being processed unlawfully or that your right to the protection of your personal data is not being fulfilled by us or is being fulfilled only insufficiently.
Pursuant to Art. 17 DSGVO, you have the right to deletion. However, Austrian laws (the Federal Tax Code) require us to retain business transaction data for seven years. This means that we may not delete the data pursuant to Art. 17 para. 3 b DSGVO until this period has expired. Of course, we will not use your data for other purposes during this period if you do not wish us to do so. In particular, we will not send you any advertising.
